Sabella is a principal at Ultrafilms Pty Ltd (founded in 1997), by the late David Lightfoot. Ultrafilms have a number of projects in development in which she is heavily involved.

She was Executive Producer on psychological thriller 'Girl At the Window', directed by Mark Hartley and was produced by Anthony I. Ginnane. The movie was released in 2022. Sabella was co-executive producer on 'Never Too Late', directed by Mark Lamprell, which features screen veterans Jackie Weaver, Jack Thomson and James Cromwell, which was no.4 at the Australian Box Office in 2020.

She is currently in pre-production on a 12-part documentary series called "The Climate Keepers"; collaborating with the Indigenous Elders and WMO Scientists.

Her previous background has been in the Financial Service Industry. She has spent 8 years working with an AFSL share market advisory service where she presented and produced the daily market update reports.

Aside from the Film and Television Industry, Sabella is passionate about community and giving back. She is an advocate for women to speak up against domestic violence and sits on the broad of not-profit-organisation @myredflags.
